This time, i won't turn my back on Zyrus, and i promise to do that!
As i left my mate's room that time, i went straight back to my own bedroom. Lying on my back, and after a while of dozing off, the time to leave had already stepped on my door.
A person knocks on the door, my eyes opened at the familiar scent.
Beta Jaxon.
"You better not be sleeping,"
I sat up. "I'm not."
"Good." He closes the door behind him. "You already know what i came here for?"
I hugged my body, making the most pitiful feminine face that i could think of. "B-Beta Jaxon please don't!"
He blankly stares at me. already knowing what i'm up to. He puts a hand on his forehead, he says. "You still have a time to joke around don't you?"
I sighed. "Then what do you want me to do? you want me to bawl my eyes out just because your alpha wants to kick me out?"
"..."
"What? it's true isn't it? he's just kicking me out regardless of his petty reason to protect me."
"Please don't think like that, even i think it's better for you to leave right now. It's not safe since someone is plotting against you,"
"I can protect myself, i don't need any protection." I hissed, still not agreeing to the idea that i have to leave just because of a small reason like that.
I don't exactly know what kind of shit they're planning against me, but it can't be that bad right? after all i can protect myself just by having Gina beside me.
Not being able to handle my overthinking state, i stood up confidently in front of him. "Whatever the reason is for doing this, i don't accept it."
He laughs. "You don't get to decide that."
"Who knows? i might just knock you out here and accomplish it." I smiled playfully.
I raised my fist in front of him.
I knew that Jaxon also forgot about me, but his or his mind definetely remembers the content of my powers. I may not be equals with Zyrus, but i'm above anyone else below him.
So you could say that i can kick his ass, it's not gonna be super easy but i knew i'll win.
He points his index finger towards me, warning me. "I know what you're thinking, and believe me it's not gonna work in your favor."
I smirked. "How could you be sure you know what i'm thinking?"
I took a step forward, while he took a step back.
"I've observed your actions for a while now, i'm very much aware of what kind of thoughts a person like you who often fights with the alpha king is thinking."
Even when his words were full of confidence. his tone betrayed his intentions.
'Let's knock him out' Gina suggests.
[You already know what i'm thinking off, why bother suggesting?]
As he was out of steps, his back leaning against a wall. His eyes widened at my approach. "Dont' go near me! the alpha king strictly ordered me not to touch you! i'll die-"
Not listening to his words, i hugged him with all my might.
Heh, so i don't need to dirty my hands right?
"You! Get out of me!" He pushes me away, but it was too late.
My scent was lingering around his body. Even if he tries to wash it off, an AlphaKings's nose can sniff it in an instant. Just the thought enlightened me. He'll trigger Zyrus's possessive behavior, therefore giving me more time for my plans.
He takes off his shirt, quickly throwing it away in the window. "Damn! i'm so dead!"
I laughed at his panicked state. "is it so bad to hug me beta Jaxon?" I pouted.
"Being linked into you is trouble! i don't want any trouble!" he hissed and went towards the bathroom, probably he will try to take off my scent in his body.
Heh, even if you scrub until your skin melts off. It's useless, i used some magic to dig my scent into your bones. It'll be impossible to wash it off for a week. I feel sorry for Jaxon as i was sacrificing him for my plans but just thinking about it made my devilish horns grew. he won't forget me easily as he continues to condemn his own beta due to my scent around him.
I'm your mate Zyrus, you won't get rid of me so easily.

I placed my back on the window, preparing for the worst.
As Zyrus came into view, he looks confused as to why i was looking at him with nervous eyes. But his thoughts dispers after he sees Jaxon getting out from the bathroom, his bare chest visible from both of our eyes.
I gulped when i sensed Zyrus's bloodlust oozing towards Jaxon who was half-naked at my room.
"A-Alpha king!" Jaxon fell on his ass, "I can explain! this is not what you think it is!"
