I sat once again, 'ah, i knew it.'
"How are you alive-i mean how did you escape-OW!" Jake was cut off when Basti suddenly smacks the back of his head.
"Shut up dude, the war ended years ago."
That's right, it has been already years since that event. But the grudge of some packs towards us hasn't subsided ever since. i mean who wouldn't hate BlueStone right now?
Jason was proclaiming that he had it all planned out perfectly, who knew he'll die so easily.
i felt a pinch of sadness at the thought of my brother.
"I know it ended, but i was just shocked that a bluestone like you is still walking around safely at that. You don't even smell like a blueStone." Jake says, trying to confirm something.
i sighed, i've had alot of transformation since the day i met Zyrus.
I was born as a Bluestone wolf, then i had an oath with RedBloodMoon. Right now, i just awakened the demi-god's power that's why there's not even a pint of werewolf scent coming from me.
The rogue scent is just a masked one.
"I was involved in the war years ago, you could say i fought in the front lines." i said proudly, well i wasn't lying right.
Their jaws drop instantly.
"No way!" Jake shouts hysterically. "THEN HOW ARE YOU ALIVE?! i heard that every bluestone werewolf was killed that day! Well there was some rumors that some civilians were able to escape somehow, and the AlphaKing let them."
Her eyes widened, suddenly remembering the image of Carly in her head. 'Did she make it out alive?' She thought worriedly.
"No, i doubt the Alpha King let them run. i mean with how merciless he does things, you think they lived?" Grover disagreeing with Jake.
"Hmm that does make sense." Jake gives up. "But what doesn't make sense is how our friend here escaped death."
They all looked at me, pouting at my presence with all their might once again.
i sighed.
"Ah" Jake snaps his fingers. "It's because you used some teleportation spell before being killed right?! RIGHT?!"
Technically, i did die but it wasn't because i was killed.
'But i'm not gonna tell them that.' i smirked.
"of course, you all know how i dominated the training back then? i even saved your ass jake." I teased him.
Basti laughs at me. "Oh come on, we all know you couldn't control your powers back then, how does that differ from being weak?"
"Yeah, you're probably half-witch and half-werewolf," Mark adds.
i laughed at the thought, they all think that i was some witch back then? Well i did look like some Dark Witch since i was emitting black aura.
Wait, if they know. isn't using magic in Delta forbidden?
"How many people knows i use magic?" i ask worriedly.
"The higher up, Michael, and us. That incident really became confidential, we were even reprimanded to keep our mouth shut." Basti replies.
"I don't get it, they know and they're willing to let me join the monthly trials?" i asked confused. "Even if that incident is confidential, Some people did saw me that day, it's impossible to say that people won't recognize me."
"What? Of course they won't recognize you in the trials. You were't registered as Helios after all." Basti asks, confused.

"Didn't you know? The profile of the 5th level trainee joining the ranks is strictly confidential. Someone was probably protecting you."
"Is that even .. allowed?" My eyebrow furrowed, already suspecting who it was.
"No, special examiners has always been targeted by other Delta Graduates and it's been a law ever since, the administration is biased when they started to hide your profile before the trials. It's been a hot topic in every pack right now." Jake teases.
What? It's just been a few days, and you're telling me every pack is aware of this special treatment i'm getting?
"Then how the hell did you all even know i'm helios?" My eyebrow arched.
It's weird, now that i think about it.
They already knew who i was when i met them earlier.
"That's my fault." Jake says. "During that ogre incident, i somehow heard someone called you Christal. I was just able to confirm it early this morning when i heard by some servants that you were called Christal, so i gathered the boys to visit you."
Servants? Did they hear my conversation with Syrena?
This is bad.
"Well, i guess you're not completely stupid after all." I chuckled.
