I pulled Lily to stop and pointed towards the end of the alley.Was there someone there?
I don't know if it was because of the suppressed voice,but I felt my voice was hoarse and trembling.
"I really saw Tom there just now."
In the moonlight,Lily's face looked a bit gloomy.She broke free from my hand and was about to run towards the direction of the scream!
I was startled and immediately chased after her.I had just run a few steps when I crashed into Lily,who had suddenly stopped.We both fell to the ground.

Lily got up and suddenly ran towards a small alley.

I looked around in a panic and saw a child standing in the shadow of the opposite house.

He was also tied up tightly,staring at us with his bright eyes.

I struggled hard,but the ropes on my hands didn't move at all.I bumped my head against Lily,turned around,and signaled to her a few times.Lily nodded at me and also turned her back to me.Our hands finally managed to touch each other with great difficulty.
