Marcus stared at the door and sighed, he couldn't believe that this is how he is going to lose his job, one of the files that devilish kid tosses in the air went missing.

He knew that immediately he told Mr. Aldine that he couldn't find it up to this moment, he would just toss him his sack letter and some file explaining the reason why he was sued.

His phone rang and he jumped, he took the phone out of his pocket and the name he saw made him flinch.

"Yes, sir,"

"Are you going to enter or you are just going to keep standing there, if yes, move down the hall and find another door to stare at,"

He said and hung up.

He exhaled once again before entering, he walked to where he sat and put the files he was holding in front of him.

"Mr. Aldine," he greeted while he already took the file and was scrutinizing it.

"Look who finally decided to grace me with his presence, are you sure I am worthy of it sir?" Alexander said, even though the words contain humor, his voice and his expression lacked it.

"I am sorry for the delay," he said as he stared at his shoes, "it's just that --,"

"How was the deal with Jyce and co.?"

"W.. what?" Marcus, who expected Alexander to ask about the file, stuttered out, he was clearly disoriented but a glare from his boss was enough to straighten him. "They will invest in the new product and they agreed to take the former product at an agreeable deal,"

"By agreeable, you mean?"

"At the rate of seventy five percent to twenty five percent, we hold the long end of the stick," he stopped and Alexander nodded. "Mr Rogers just arrived at the suite while Ms. Chu is currently at the airport, they must be quite ready for the meeting," he observed, even though it makes his heart sink.

Alexander stood up and adjusted his cuffs and tie, Marcus had to admit that it's a golden chance to work with him, he was admired far and wide and he had so much respect for him.

At the age of twenty eight, he held most of the core of business all over the world, some companies goal is just to be noticed by any of the Triple A's company, they do business almost everywhere and have enough branches in almost every country albeit legally, at the moment the conglomerate is leading in the most industrious cities in the United States, France, Italy, United Kingdom and also well known in China, Chicago, Arab countries, Asian countries and many more and leading this big companies is Alexander Antonio Aldine.

That information will make any business minded human want to obey every of his whims.

Seeing his face was like a once in a lifetime opportunity and Marcus falls under the few that were able to work for him directly and he was going to soon be fired, then there will be absolutely no way to see him again.

"That's all, I guess, I have to get ready for lunch with my fiance," he said and began to walk out, he paused and Marcus held his breath. "My fiance, my fiance," he repeated and for a second Marcus thought he lost his memories because he is not the type to forget things, especially personal matters.

"That sounds weird and nice at the same time" he said to himself with a small smile before turning to him. "Make sure to remind Mr Dallas of his plans to arrive here on Saturday,"

"But I thought the meeting will be held this evening,"

"Are you slouching at work nowadays,"

"Of course not, sir"

"Then, why didn't you know that it was postponed to next week,"

"Nex--" Marcus was speechless

"You should mind yourself Nate," He said and got out of the room. Those words even though light-hearted carried deep warning and he could hear it, Alexander is intimidating and at the same time not.

"And my name is Marcus not Nate," he grumbled before hurrying out, he still has a kid to look for.

"So in short, you are meeting him at a restaurant for lunch because he adjusted the schedule --," Luci said and Sapphire nodded.

Alexander decided that he didn't want breakfast anymore so he shifted their date to lunch. Sapphire thinks that it is a good thing though, she doesn't want to see the man anytime soon.

If she was to approach the man, she had to get her revenge plan ready.

"Damn rich people for thinking that they can do anything they want," she grumbled.

"And your grandmother is hellbent on you dressing up and you are not happy with that,"

"I mean what's the use of dolling myself up when he would definitely get to see me plain later," Sapphire said and adjusted the phone as she stood up, the phone in an angle where it can cover all the room, they were video calling.

"Wow, your room is no joke, would you look at all that, no wonder you were spoilt,"

"I don't remember what I used half of all these things in this room to do,"

"They stopped being useful when you don't see their importance anymore, I bet you couldn't live without it half a year ago, take all that face cares for example, then all those perfumes, my God, you were really something,"

"I know right?"

"But I still believe that you should dress up, Alexander is no small man and I am sure that the reservation he will make will be in no small restaurant and even though you won't like this, there's probability that you will meet one or some of those bitches in the social circle, you don't want to go there looking like they have the last say,"

"Right?, I should at least do that for my kids," she stood up and Luci nodded. "Alright so what should I wear?" She said and opened her closet.

"Yeah, that's the spirit! Let's put those bitches faces to shame."
