"Trespasser? do you even have to report that to me?" Zyrus says in annoyance, his arms still wrapped around my waist.
I smiled, even when he got so angry, it was relieving that he still held unto his feelings for me. And just look at us! i finally managed to stay with him a little longer!
"Alphaking, the she-wolf was unusual so we didn't kill her immediately," Jaxon says in a stern voice, looking at Zyrus's hands locked around me.
It was then i noticed that after Jaxon ended his words, they were already mind-linking in front of me, probably they need to talk about something that i shouldn't be aware of. I grew curious as i watched their eyes changing diameter. Not long after, Jaxon bows and leaves us alone in the room.
"That was a long conversation." I pout, not liking that they were talking about a female.
"You still had the nerve to act cheeky?" He pulls my cheek, i squealed a little from the pain. "Because of you i have to punish my beta, don't do this kind of things again."
My pout lengthened even more.
"If i didn't do that then i would've been kicked out. I think it was only right to capture your jealousy!"
He looks at me with disbelief, his arms loosening around my waist as he sighs. "Sometimes i wonder just how the hell i am attracted to you."
Even with his frustration, he still patted my head, making me smile in return.
I giggled. "Though i would've loved to see your beta being beaten up more, it's a surprise as to how you believed me so easily."
"What are you talking about? I don't believe you yet, there's still a lot of suspicious points about you."
"Oh really?" I chuckled. "Knowing you, you would've killed me immediately if you found me not trustworthy."
"It's not that i find you suspicious at all.." He trailed off, placing his palm on my left cheek. "It's just that.. there's something inside me that keeps telling me i shouldn't let you go."
My eyes widened, not expecting his response.
'This is really a miracle! this is my first time witnessing a moment like this. Even without the mate pull, he still feels something for you!' Gina squeals in excitement within me.
The thought made me smile like an idiot. In an instant, i covered my face in embarrassment.
Argh damn it, What am i getting shy for in front of my mate?!
"What are you covering your face for?"
I shook my head, refusing to answer him. As expected of my mate, he didn't like the idea of how i was trying to cover myself infront of him. He forcefully grabs both of my wrists, breaking it apart from each other.
"W-Wait! no!" I said flustered, knowing that my face was probably screaming red right now.
He smirks.
"You still get shy? looks like you're pretty weak to words?"
I groaned in frustration. "that's not it!"
He pats my head once again, "A demi-god shouldn't lie so easily."
I slapped his hand away from my head, not liking that he was treating me like a kid. "Why do you keep patting my head? i'm not a kid you know, i'm a well grown woman."
I crossed my arms.
He suddenly pulls me into him when he sat at the edge of his table, unluckily his actions caught me off guard, making me almost slip in front of him. As i desperately tried to cushion my fall, i was faced with a big challenge when my face fell on his groin, my knees kneeling on the ground.
"ow-..!!" My eyes widened.
I gasped, my hands gripping both of his legs as i realized what was in front of me.
There was an awfully long silence at that time, our frantic breathing was the only thing that we could hear from each other. I don't know if ihe was staring at me but i knew myself that i couldn't stare back at him. I mean we had sex before but every time i remember how hard was it for me to recover from that night, i could only curse at myself for bringing myself in this situation.
I flinched when he reaches his hand onto the back of my hair.
Instinctively, i avoided his touch.
I gulped, oh shit why did i avoid it!?
"Did you just avoid me?" He said in an angry voice.
"N-No.. i just want to clarify that this was an accident, i didn't mean to fall shamelessly like this. I don't blame you for suddenly pulling me since it was my mistake that i slipped in the process." I smiled, still not looking at his state.
I mean how could i look? Just from his breathing and scent that was omitting from him, i could tell that he was fucking aroused! I don't even have the guts to blame him right now.
He grabs my hand, knowing what he was trying to do i tried to yank it back but he was too strong when he placed it just above his 'thing.'
"You better take responsibility." He growls lowly.
I heard my heartbeat paced faster in nervousness.
