My opponent growls at my insolent tone of voice.
"Defeating them isn't actually gonna change anything. what i need most from you is loyalty, do you have that?" He says
"Yeah."
"yeah?" he asked, his eyebrows raised. "You don't sound very loyal to me."
"Then i'll prove it." i said, like it's very simple.
Everyone's eyes turning back to me and questioning me with their face full of doubts, some of them doesn't even know me, some regards me as a RedBloodMoon werewolf, others think of me as a rogue.
This Pack, i don't even recognize it as my own anymore.
"Very well then, come to training tomorrow before the sun rises up." His finals words before he leaves
The crowd dispersed but one of the guys that i beat up stayed.
"WHAT." i started.
"woah! hold your horses!"
i glared at him. "What do you want?"
"i just wanna get to know y-"
"i'm not good at introducing myself." i blankly say.
"Then hey! i'm Keith nice to meet you."
i stared at him, what the hell's wrong with this guy? is he being real or he's joking with me.
"Ok." i half-smiled and turned around to walk away, but he blocks my way once again.
"What's your name?"
"i don't want to tell you" i scowled.
"then how bout your age?"
"are you kidding me right now? i don't have time for your bullshit. MOVE" i threatened him.
"It must be Christal right?" his dimples showing his playful side.
This brain dead guy is going to be the end of me, i facepalmed my self and took deep breaths.
"Then why did you ask if you knew!"
"i just want to be friends with you."
"I don't want to be friends with you."
"Man! you're all 'i don't want that, those , this! you sure are unsociable." he said, he leans down a little because of his towering height.
little did he knew that his height was useless in case of me kneeing his balls, and so i did.
Expecting the outcome, i laughed at his pained state. He was groaning in pain on the ground asking me how the hell i could kneel him in balls with a power of 5 men.
"Alpha's daughter obviously."
"R-Really?"
"What're you glaring at? Didn't you want to be friends?" I taunted him.
He smirks, "I do, i just didn't you know you have a weird kind of greeting a friend."
"Oh shut up." I said shoving him while he tried to stand up but fails miserably.
I walked passed everyone, their gazes obviously screaming intruder, stranger or even RedBloodMoon wolf! I can't blame them, each of it is actually the painful truth of my presence here in BlueStone.
Once i entered the pack house, i ran straight to my bedroom. I jumped onto the bed and snuggled the pillow, my eyes landing on the window beside my bed.
ALPHA KING's POV
I stared outside, wondering what was she doing. Is she alright? How's she coping up without me?
I fucking miss her.
"Alpha King." Syrena once again interrupts me.
I growled at her. "What is it?"
"Don't you feel the need to eat? You can't keep fasting and going straight to battle. You've been eating irregularly for the past weeks."
I sighed. "Leave it. It won't kill me."
"If you keep doing this for months you would likely collapse from starvation, you're not immortal-"
"DO YOU NOT KNOW HOW TO MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS?!" I growled ferociously.
Shakingly, she bowed with nothing left to say and left the room. I touched my forehead in exhaustion and sat once again, looking straight at the sun while i observed it rushing to go down.
I'm not doing good.
Things has been worst after meeting my mate. The pull was there, it was defying and painful. My wolf always scolding me to go to Christal.
Sometimes i've gone several to see her in BlueStone, i don't know if i was doing it everyday but i do it whenever i feel the need to relieve stress from Alpha Work. Seeing her face just from a faraway makes me cool down like magic.
I stood up and exited the room. Everyone bowing at my direction as i walked passed rooms on my kingdom. Heading straight to the portal, i told the witch in duty to transport me to the Age of realms, where the elders are currenlty staying. I was summoned yesterday but unable to do so.
Unable? Pft. I hated the Elders.
The only bunch of idiots that could control me was them, they were here even before i was born. Keeping the legends of RedBloodMoon to maintain their position.
"Come in." One of them speaks when i reach the door of The Age Of the Realms.
I entered without hesitation with a huge noise coming from the door when i slammed the door open with my bare hands.
"Aggressive as ever you insolent child." One of the four elders scolds me.
Bastards should just die from old age.
"What is it now?" I said impatiently.
"Just as you are an impatient young man, we are also tired of waiting for a pup next in the throne." They agreed on each other.
I sighed. "Can't it wait? I don't have time for mating women while the pack-"
"Wait? We have waited for years to see the next in line. Just as you've said, it's unavoidable to wage wars with other packs but how bout if you suddenly leave or die from battle, we need a heir!" They exclaimed.
"I won't die in this land." I growled at them. "Don't belittle me you old geezers."
"Hmph! Insolent aren't you? You think we don't know what's been your little business with the heavens? soon you'll be forced to go in bars for defying the heavens again! There's a limit for your insolence young man!"
"Stop calling me young man." I ferociously growled, the place trembling in terror.
"Tsk tsk! We can't tolerate this behaviour of yours anymore! We had made actions for you in your place." He smirks.
I raised an eyebrow, i was at the peak of walking out if he didn't start spouting nonsense just now. I took a step forward and tilted my head, my eyes shifting towards them. "The hell did you say again? You did something without my permission?"
"We need an heir Alpha King." He stated once again.
I clenched my fists.
"We've been quiet for a long time Alpha King, but we cannot stay silent forever. May we remind you we still know what's going on with the pack." He assures everyone, each one of them agreeing with a nod.
"So you're telling me.. You chose a mate for me?" I unbelievably said, my voice almost laughed at the thought of it.
They were insane.
But it didn't stop there.
"Yes, meet your future Queen."
My eyes widened as i felt a she-wolf moving behind the chairs of one of the elders, i noticed her presence a while ago. She was timid and shy just looking at one glance.
"Her name is Clara, she's been trained to be your mate-"
"What kind of bullsht is this?!" I shouted, my chest rising from anger. Clara stepping away from fear, i diverted my attention from her and glared at the elders.
"Not satisfied?"
"Not satisfied? Are you kidding me." I scoffed. "I have a mate!"
"Where is she then?" One of the says, his voice echoing as the silent surrounded us all of a sudden.
I couldn't say anything.
"See? It's either your hiding her or you haven't found her yet." They laughed as if putting me back in my own place.
My mood suddenly changed to anger to sadness,'i couldn't comprehend what was happening, they were right. Right now Christal can't be my Queen.
Not when she hates me or this pack.
I can't be selfish.
But i also don't want to lose her.
"No." Still i said.
They shook their heads. "This is not for you to decide."
I clenched my jaw, i was losing at this argument. Slowly breathing, i glanced away and headed towards the exit. I was feeling mixed emotions at the moment. I felt sick to the stomach thinking that i would be with someone other than Christal.
It's a complete nightmare.
"Halt!" They stop me. "You've forgotten Clara! How insolent of you to leave your fiancé !"
I smirked. "She can stick herself like a glue for all i care. You won't get what you want, just so you know."
The girl was unbelievable to say. It's like she didn't hear what i said and continued coming towards me just like a robot told by the Elders.
Annoyance took over me that's why i thought i would be wasting energy to push away this girl when she can give up herself, she won't last long sure enough. I continued to exit the place and headed straight to the portal, not minding the she-Wolf behind me.
