I laughed hysterically while baring my fangs towards them, i felt the blood from my eyes and i smiled. Every second my sanity lessened, i forgot about them as they looked at me with horror on their faces. I smirked and slowly headed down using the stairs of the piled up dead ogres.
"Helios." Michael smoothly calls out, yet i ignored him.
I want them all to die.
In a split second, i was already beside JM staring at his back with a smile. They all gasped including him when they noticed my insane speed. I took JM's shirt and threw him to the three just using one hand.
They all growled at me, except Michael.
I want to see Blood! Blood!
I felt my muscles regenerate and my eyes changing into a shade darker, my mind shifting into another ones. My morals changed so fast that i didn't have the time to notice it.
"Stop Helios, he's not in control of himself!" Basti shouts out before lunging at me.
One by one they did, and each one of them was also left injured by a claw pr a scratch. Some of their blood spilling on the grass. I creepily smiled and kneeled infront of me, this is blood from pain and physical agony!
As i looked into my hands, the blood color that reflected on my eyes changed color, it turned dark just like the sky at night. Feeling the numbness of my body made me waver while standing.
No, stop! This isn't me.

As my eyes grew darker, my Soul also did.
JAXON's POV
"Move!" I shouted along the way.
We were on our way to Delta because the Alpha king suddenly had the urge to help Christal. I'm not aware of what was happening but i know that it's because of her. We passed through the CenterCity that's why i warned the civilians to move away our path or deal with the Alpha King himself.
I could barely keep up with this guy, you can obviously see that he doesn't care that i was tailing him behind.
After only minutes we reached Delta, each trainee bowing in respect even though he hasn't stopped a single step or looked sideways. His eyes was cold as ice and dangerous just like a lion.
Is this because they're mates? The need to protect the other half?
"Alpha King, ahead of us lies Mujak, each group have different locations, perhaps you already know where she is?"
He looks at me. "I can perfectly sense her."
"That's good."
"Not at all, i can smell her scent but it's faint probably it's because of the blood that coated her smell."
I gulped. "You mean she's been injured? She did ran to a hundred ogres-"
"She killed it all." He said, slightly showing a hint of emotion to his face.
I was so taken back that i almost hit myself on the tree, thankfully the alpha king swiftly grabbed my arm to move me away. "Don't waver, focus." He commands. "I would need you to do something for me."
I nodded.
The smell of the dead ogres hits my nose, realizing that we're close to her. We stopped and lingered around the place, the hundred ogres laid dead with their tongues and belly slashed by a claw.
She killed a colony by herself.
"A-Alpha King." Someone groans, it's a familiar voice. I found the source of the voice as he laid there with blood on his arm.
Michael, the superior in-charge.
The Alpha King was first to go towards him while i silently followed, looking at the bodies around him, they're still alive. "What happened here?" I asked.
Michael coughs up blood. "Helios lost control, we don't know why but he somehow managed not to kill us. He went over there." And he points out west.
Lost control?
Looks like the other guys was also awake, waiting for their body to recover. I could hear the curiosity from them as they spoke about the Luna. Also i do, what made her like that? Why would she lose control?
Lost control of what?
How could Michael be in this state?
The Alpha King remained silent yet fast to ran off again while i tailed behind him. He knew her scent that's what we're trying to pick up. Every minute that has passed we would hear several howls, meaning that She's been to other groups.
But unfortunately, she was too fast for us to track.
How could this happen? There were several piles of Dead werewolves and some of them badly injured along the way. Each of them warning us about the crazy guy which was Christal. The wounds inflicted to the others were fresh, meaning that we're close.
The Alpha King suddenly halts. He looks back at me. "Don't let your guard down." He growls.
I nodded.
He looks up and i followed his sight. It happened so fast that i didn't saw Helios lunging at The Alpha King from the above. The Alpha King was quick to stop avoid her by placing a foot behind him and twisting his body sideways.
Helios landed swiftly on the floor.
"Well well.." Luna stares at him.
Her voice was different, she's different from the usual Christal. What the hell is happing around here?
He growls towards her and spoke. "Snap out of it."
"As always you're the manipulative type Alpha King.."
"Who the fuck are you?"
"Hahah! I'm your mate! Can you not see?!"
"I don't believe what the eyes see, your shadow shows darkness, you're nothing like her! Whoever you are get the fuck out of her." He growls violently, almost shifting infront of her.
"I know you know me." She giggles. "You know this voice ain't it?"
He could't surpass his anger no longer when he shifts fully into his grey dark wolf, he growled at what's inside her. Stuck between the two, i stepped back to avoid being smashed into pieces.
This is no normal lover's Quarrel.
"Yes yes! That's it little boy! Just like the last time! Hahah!"
"Why did you come back?!"
She stops laughing and raises her hand, observing the blood that her hand was clothed with, she smirked. "You're not the only one with a contract."
His face turned into horror, stepping back as he was taken back of what she just told him. He shifts back and looks down, looking completely lost in his thoughts.
I frowned, i've got no clue on what was happening but i was certain it had something to do with the past. Also, seeing Luna being possessed like this must only mean one thing.
Witches.
I was getting messages from bases saying that the groups that were dispatched in 5th level lost contact with them. Of course, some of them already died because of her.
This is a massacre.
Out of 7,893 trainees in 5th Level, 256 died and 36 injured. I couldn't believe that she encountered 292 werewolves just about an hour. Truly an unbelievable potential like the Alpha King when he was just in his teens.
"Useless pup. Get out of my way, i want more blood." She glares at him.
Pup? What the fuck.
I looked back at the Alpha King and saw no anger in him at all, he stared back at her while his aura stood like a light that tried to drove the darkness in her. "Christal." He calls out.
"That's not gonna work."
"Christal, don't let it consume you."
"She doesn't hear you!"
"Baby listen to me, if you let her control you like this you'll end up in her shadow in the future."
He steps forward towards her.
"Blah blah blah! Shut up!"
He steps further, The darkness showing fear towards him. The warmth that the Alpha King was trying to give. "Iloveyou." He finally spoke.
All of a sudden, everything stopped even the big winds that were surrounding us earlier vanished in a split second. Helios movements stopping completely, even the dark aura that surrounded her earlier.
Before she could even fall, he was quick to catch her and lay her on his lap. Taking off her hood and checking if she was breathing, thankfully she is. The Alpha King took deep breaths before kissing her on the lips. "Thank god." He murmurs.
I looked around us to check if the Central Den was spying on us, looks like they lost sight of us. They were following is earlier but i felt them disappear all of a sudden before we could even make contact with Helios.
"Uhm do i-"
"No, you don't need to know anything." He finishes my sentence, i just nodded back. Fine by me.
His eyes never left her, his face showing emotions that i've never seen in my whole life. He caressed her like a porcelain glass and protected her as he carry her up, not like how fast he kills thousands of werewolves by his hand.
The Alpha King, who was known as destruction, i would never have thought that he would provide such warmth.
"Where we taking her?"
He looks back at me, the luna still in his arms he said. "Home."
