Ahren's heart was hammering against his chest seeing the way that bastard hurt Atarah. He just didn't want her to get hurt. Even if she refused to be with him, she was his mate so hurting her means angering him. But yet she was asking him to leave, telling that there are so many of them. He spent so many hours coming here and he spent so many days looking for her so there was no way for him to let her go now.

"So what? You're scared that something will happen to me?" he chuckled and looked at her, she looked at him and bit her lower lip as a little blush appeared on her face. Seeing how gorgeous she was, his heart skipped a beat. She was more gorgeous than he expected.

"I can rip everyone's head for you." moving his face closer to her neck. He whispered as he felt her body stiffened. Without teasing her more, he looked at Demir who was looking at him with fury filled eyes. A smirk appeared on Ahren looking at him. He knew that Demir had so many things against him.

"You didn't have to take her here, Demir," Ahren said, looking into his eyes. Then he hugged Atarah against his chest and lowered his head as he looked at her fear filled face before looking at Demir again. Ahren was just so fucking angry but he was controlling it.

"You knew that she was mine right?" he asked, looking at Demir. Then Demir's lips slowly curled upwards to a smirk and he looked at Atarah who was in his arms. Seeing his smirk, Ahren's heart turned cold along with his eyes. He stared at Demir as if he wanted to kill him. Of course he wanted to kill him.

"I know why you want her, Ahren. You want me to tell her your real intentions?" Demir scoffed looking at him. Then he walked towards them and looked at Atarah who had a confused look on her. She was just confused with the thing Demir said. She slowly raised her head and looked at Ahren with a questioning gaze.

"Atarah.. Ask him why he needs you." Demir said as she looked at him and then moved her eyes to Ahren. Clenching his jaws, Ahren looked at Atarah who was looking at him as if she wanted an answer from him for what Demir said. He didn't know how to answer her. He wanted her to cure his curse and that was correct but at the same time, he wanted her to be his woman, his luna.

"He wants you to get rid of his blood curse Atarah. For that, he needs your blood. Your blood gives him strength, that's what he needs, Atarah not you!" Ahren tightened the grip he had around Atarah as he heard that. It was not the only thing he needed, he needed her too. He just wanted her no matter how hard he tried to think that he didn't need her and he only wanted her for blood.

"Is… it true?" his heart tightened, he looked at Atarah who was looking at him with reddened eyes. She was about to cry. He immediately shook his head. He didn't want her only for that. Caressing her waist from the hand which he was wrapping around he spoke.

"No.. if I only wanted that, why did I mark you?" he asked her as she bit her lower lip and lowered her head helplessly. She looked so fucking innocent and it made his heart pound against his chest ridiculously. He let out a deep sigh and looked at Demir again before speaking.

"I'm taking her with me" he muttered without wanting to kill each other. He just didn't want a fight to happen here. If that happened he would just kill so many lives. He needed a rest from killing since he had Atarah in his arms. Both his wolf and him wanted to change the feeling that their mate didn't like killing.

"Okay.." Ahren was shocked to hear Demir. He didn't expect that he would say something like this. He stared at his face and found he was somewhat strange as if he was hiding something. Ignoring what he said, he unwrapped his arm from Atarah's waist and took her hand as he turned to leave but she just pulled her hand away from him making his whole body froze.

"Ahren. She's here…" she muttered looking at him. He couldn't understand what she was saying. He looked at her face and then looked at Demir but soon she was grabbed by Demir and covered her mouth.

"What the fuck? Let her go" his heart filled with displeasure seeing Atarah was touched by a filthy vampire. He just simply walked towards them and pulled her back but Demir didn't let go of her. He just stared at Ahren with anger filled eyes.

"She's not going back," he muttered. At the same time, he felt something sharp piercing his shoulder. A painful groan escaped from him and he looked at Atarah's tear filled eyes. Soon his body went numb. He was just stabbed by a silver knife. He touched the back of his shoulder and he felt blood rushing out of his shoulder.

"Give her to me. I'm warning you. Once I start killing I won't be able to stop myself, Demir. I think you know it." he said, ignoring the pain in his body. He was furious at Atarah for letting go of his hand. He didn't understand why the hell she didn't want to leave with him as soon as they got the chance.

"No! She came here as my bride so she should be with her husband" those words made Ahren lose his sanity from anger. A furious growl escaped from him and he strode towards Demir before grabbing him by his collar then he punched across Demir's face. All he had in his mind was to kill the bastard.

As he punched Demir, two vampires ran towards them and grabbed Ahren away from him forcefully as they placed silver knives against his neck. Ahren's eyebrows twitched from the pain. His neck was burned as the silver touched his skin. Those vampires made him kneel as they hit his legs. enduring the pain, he looked at Atarah who was crying helplessly. It was her fucking fault. She was just so fucking stubborn.

"Atarah… he killed your parents. It's your choice. Kill the murder of your parents or betray your parents and be with him. Choose one" Demir said coldly as he kissed her hair. Seeing him kissing her hair, Ahren's heart hammered against his chest with fury. He didn't want anyone to touch his woman.

Atarah's lips parted, she stared at Ahren with reddened eyes. Then Demir gave a dagger to her hands as she took it from him without a hesitation. Seeing her taking the dagger, his heart tightened. Even though they haven't been with each other more than a few moments, he believed that she would never harm him. But seeing her taking the dagger while looking at him, he was taken back.

"Remember that day? You went into the house just to drink water but when you came out, you saw him leaving with blood in his shirt and hands. So then you saw your parents' laying on the ground lifelessly." hearing Demir, tears rolled down from her eyes and she gritted her teeth before tightening the grip she had around the dagger.

Seeing her beautiful face covered with hatred, he clenched his jaws and looked into her eyes. Is she really going to hurt him? He asked himself, looking at her. His heart broke seeing her looking at him with hatred but he didn't remember killing them. He just didn't remember something like that.

"You… killed them…." her voice was brittle. She shook her head and muttered as she slowly took her steps closer to him. Coming near him, she raised the dagger and looked at him with tears in her eyes. Seeing her like that, his heart pierced. He stared at her ocean blue eyes and clenched his fists.
