A few days later,my husband and I were about to go out with our children.
My mother-in-law came with Jack.
I had expected this.
I asked my husband to take the children back to the room first to prevent them from seeing this scene.
"Oh,Mrs.Thompson,you're here so early to visit us.What's the matter?"I sneered at her.
My mother-in-law threw several photos in my face and pointed at me,shouting angrily,"Lisa,was it you who did this?You're so cheap.After failing to seduce my man,you're trying to ruin his reputation."
I picked up the photos from the ground and couldn't help but curl my lips.
In each photo,the man was hugging a different woman and being affectionate with her.
These were the photos that I had asked the private detective to take while following Jack.
I had casually sent them to my mother-in-law.
But I had underestimated Mrs.Thompson's trust in Jack.
"Mrs.Thompson,are you out of your mind?Or are you blind?This man is spending the money you gave him to keep various mistresses,and you still believe him."I couldn't help but curse.
Jack immediately rushed out and shouted,"Fiona,you heard her.It's all Lisa's doing.How could I lie to you?You have to believe me.You'll always be the woman I love the most."
"Okay,okay.I definitely believe you,Jack.You're also the man I love the most."My mother-in-law patted Jack's hand and said.
Then she turned to me and started cursing again,"Lisa,I'm warning you.If you still want to stay with Michael,you have to kneel down and apologize to Jack right now."

I rolled my eyes and said,"It's impossible for me to apologize in this lifetime!"
Mrs.Thompson was so angry with me that she almost couldn't speak.
"You bitch!Get out of here!This is my son's house,and you get out!"
