"Thank you,Mom!Then Lisa and I will go back to our room and pack our things first.I'll come out and cook later.You must be tired.Go back to your room and rest for a while."
My husband pulled me back to the room forcefully.I turned around unhappily and glared at Jack,only to see a triumphant and ambiguous smile on his face.
Back in the room,I shook off my husband's hand and said resentfully,"Honey,are we just going to let it go like this?"
My husband hugged me and said with a beaming smile,"Lisa,don't worry.I have my own plan.Just help me pack my luggage first,okay?"
After having lunch,my husband left with his luggage.While we were all taking a nap,he quietly came back!
The lock on the room that had been pried open hadn't had time to be replaced,so I just closed the door.
