Grayson,like a hero,pinned him down with one foot, then unmoved by his struggles.
I steadied myself against the wall.
Oh,by the way—Grayson was a taekwondo black belt.
He glared at the man.“If I hadn’t come back,were you going to kill her?”
“What?Don’t slander me!”The man replied angrily.
Grayson helped me and I also need to help him.I said,“Weren’t you about to push me out the window?The surveillance system of our company is 360-degree without blind spots.”
Panic flickered across the man’s face.

As their taunts fumed me,Grayson chuckled.“Emma,what about me?”
His earnest eyes left me unsure if he was serious or joking.
Before I could respond,Ethan exploded.“So,Emma,you’ve been with him?You slut!”
He lunged to hit me.Grayson grabbed his collar,slammed him against the wal and ,pinning him.
The police arrived to this scene:Grayson ,holded down the muscular man with one foot and Ethan against the wall. He looks very handsome like this.
We were all taken to the police station.
Surveillance confirmed the man’s intent to harm me.He was detained.
My clash with Natalie and Ethan was deemed a petty dispute.After a warning,we were released.
Before leaving,Natalie dramatically vowed to her boyfriend,“Dear brother,baby will wait for you!”
He teared up.“Baby,don’t wait gor mr.Please find a better man to care for you.”
