The caller claimed to be the head of the purchasing department of a private hospital in the neighboring city.Due to a shortage of protective suits,she wanted to order a batch from me.
We made an appointment to have a casual lunch at a restaurant next to my company in the afternoon for a preliminary discussion.
When we met,the woman looked about thirty years old.
She gave me a business card.Her name was Lily,the head of the purchasing department of Fenghua Private Hospital.
No one would turn down money,so I started talking to her.
After a satisfying meal and some drinks,we reached a preliminary intention.Lily hoped to order 2,000 sets of protective suits.
I don't know if Lily wanted to show her sincerity or something,but she even brought a prepared contract.
Although the order value wasn't very large,it was still okay.If we could cooperate in the long-term in the future,we could earn a lot.
But when the discussion was almost over,Lily started to act inappropriately.
