'Idiot had to follow the rule of keeping your enemy closer, doesn't he realize that it also makes it possible for the enemy to keep him closer too?" He asked rhetorically.'Buy over that private investigator, I want you to analyze whatever he takes to Oliver and filter it,"
'Already did that," He stretched the file in his hand to the man and Alexander flipped through the pages, not really reading what was written on it.
'What is this?" He asked and Nate adjusted his tie.
'This is a copy of the report that the private investigator submitted to Mr. Gray, unfortunately he had submitted it before we caught a hold of him. He told him to investigate who Ms. Sapphire met in Huston and…"
'Mrs. Sapphire, she is married to me," He cut him off with a raised brow and Nate stared at him, he was confused because of the sudden change in the topic at hand.
'Uh?"
'She is Mrs. Aldine, not Ms. How about we get that clear first?"
'Uhm, okay." Nate said, nodding with a weird look on his face. How did Ms. Sapphire get this man to like her?
'You were talking about something?" He asked with a raised brow and he stared at him dumbly before nodding in realization.
'Uh.. Yes. In the report it states that she usually comes to meet someone in Huston, at least, twice a month, three months after she went to Gisborne, the visit never fails and I think that Mr. Gray suspect that it is you that she came to meet at that time,"
'Idiot," He only said simply.'Do you want me to find out who she met up with every time she came?"
'No, don't you worry about that, if anything had to do with digging into Sapphire's past, just cancel it out and don't let others get to the root of it, she deserves her privacy too,"
'Got it sir,"'How is it going at SJAY?"
'Well… Mr. Gray is going to launch a new cosmetic program or product soon, he had already contacted Ms. Venita Conrad as the model,"
'Venita?"
'There are some information collected that stated that Ms. Venita got the sum of hundred million dollars, three years ago, that was her pay for making Sapphire seems like a druggie,"
'She is a druggie?"
'Mrs. Sapphire?" Nate asked with a raised brow. 'No, she wasn't a druggie then but I am not sure—"
'Shut up, idiot, I am talking about Venita, why on earth would Sapphire be a druggie? Are you nuts?" He asked seriously and he swallowed.
'So far, the tests and rumors confirmed that she isn't a druggie, but we are still on it,"
'Get someone to watch Sapphire's at SJAY, I can't have her alone among the wolves, get to as soon as possible,"
'Okay, ASAP," He said and Alexander turned to his system, he turned to his personal assistant when he noticed that he was still right there and raised a brow at the man,"
'Didn't you hear when I said As Soon As Possible?"
'I did," he confirmed.
'Then what are you still doing here?"

'How was your first day at work?" Luci asked and Sapphire shook her head.
'It was good except the fact that I had to act like a dumb lady throughout, kept smiling when they brought up that asshole, so other than the fact that I had to maintain the dumb woman font, today was fun, no one noticed that it is me,"
'Then that means that your disguise is good enough, even though I almost didn't recognize you," Claire said, walking down the stairs.
'No, it isn't the disguise, it is just that people have moved on, they would only worry about you and your matter for three months at most before turning to the next juicy gossip, after that, it is your business and yours only, whether it is good or bad," Sapphire said, and went to grab a juice from the fridge.
'Hmm, you have really turned into a smart woman," Luci said, teasingly and Sapphire raised a brow at her.
'Are you calling me dumb?" Sapphire asked.
'Oh, there she goes again, talking about a rhetorical question," Luci said with a shrug.
'Where are the kids?"
'At grandpa's," Alyssa said, entering the house with the assistance of Alicia. 'Whoa, why are you dressed like this, I almost didn't recognize you, it looks so natural,"
'Maybe it is because this is how she used to dress at Gisborne, so she knows where to add and what to remove," Claire explained and both Alicia and Alyssa nodded.
'But it is getting late," Sapphire said, worriedly. 'Don't worry about that, Alexander is going to pick them up on his way from the office," Alicia answered.'But that is..."
'Don't worry about that, let us just chill out, I heard that you are joining the yoga club those idiots conduct, do you want me to come with you?" Alyssa asked and Sapphire smiled at her.
'I don't think that would be a good idea, I am actually going there to do some evil things in the club, you don't want to witness that crazy part of me, do you?'
'It is that crazy part that I am in love with, I saw it once and couldn't get it out of my mind, and the bigger, the better right? All of us can join them and turn them on each other, it is about time we used that hierarchy they love so much against them,"
'So all of us are…" Sapphire was cut off by the sound of the doorbell.
'Who is that?" Alyssa asked.
'We would not know if we didn't check, would we?" Luci said, already on her way to the door, she got there and opened the door.
'Oh my God! I didn't know that you were as handsome as this in reality?" She said in a dreamy tone.

'So, dad didn't want to join the company but because you kept stressing yourself out, he did anyway?" Andrea asked the Patriarch of the Aldine family and the old man nodded with a smile on his face.
'I can't imagine him be something that doesn't have anything to do with running a company, he looks so damn cool and in control every time, he is my first role model," Andrew said and Mr. Aldine laughed.
'Did your mom put you up to calling Alexander your dad?" The man asked, he was trying to find out if Sapphire was as pure as Emiliana described her.
She would only do that if she had ulterior motives towards his grandson.
'No, she was so against it, she even introduced dad as nobody and we had to play matchmakers, it was tiring but it was fun though," Andrea said and Andrew nodded. 'Plus, we had the help of Aunt Luci and Aunt Claire,"
'And let me tell you it was easier to do because dad already likes mom, we had a mini family time in the room yesterday but before then dad was so possessive of mom because she was ill," Andrew said and the kids both giggled as if they just told each other a secret joke.
Emiliana, you may now go ahead and do what you have always wanted to do, Sapphire is strong now and she has the best of the best people around her.
'Hi kids," Alexander greeted from the door and the kids ran to him, he squatted and pinched both cheeks, they had a brief discussion before he sent them away to the housekeeper in order to change their clothes.
'I have never seen your face light up with happiness like, except from the first time you met Sapphire at the breakfast," Mr. Aldine said walking to the window, staring at the beautiful view you would only see at the first floor of the Aldine Mansion.
'Well, I won't deny that they make me happy, so do they do to you, as soon as we are at this window, the first thing you would have asked about was business,"
'I can't deny that but a little birdie told me that a certain man is in love with their mother and is possessive about her, even to her kids,"
'Well that birdie is right, the kids told you?" He asked and the man nodded.'I am glad to know that you have finally moved on from Shirley, do you have a thing for girls whose name starts with the letter ‘S'," He asked and Alexander only rolled his eyes. 'That makes me glad like I said, but now I am afraid that you would develop an obsession with the woman, it is too fast,"
'Worry about your health, Grandpa, you are too old, you know, you already saw your great grandchildren and all your hair is gray even though, you tint it black,"
'Shut up, Alexander,"
'Sapphire already trusts me and that is the biggest step to be taken by those who have already been betrayed over and over again. I am shocked that she already does but I don't intend to betray her trust."
