Chapter 70

I was sure it was another one ganging on my head asking if I knew where she was or accusing me and blaming for not keeping enough security.

If ulbretch didn't talk to me and knock some senses into my head I was about to fire and keep charges on all the gate men who happened to be there the day she left.

The only thing I was praying for was that my baby wasn't hurt.

Running a hand through my already messed up hair a chill ran down my spine when I looked at the caller's ID.

"We found her boss" the voice at the end said.

That was all I needed to hear for a gain of little sanity in me.

Samah~~

Sunset was my favourite part of the day.

I was currently sitting on the roof sipping a smoothie while I watched the sunset.

The house was really lonely.

I was alone as Arabi and Arham pretended to be going to my old house keeping faces just so that they wouldn't think that something was going on.

Everyday they reported me news.

I knew very well that Abelardo was on the verge of completely losing it while my mom already lost it.

Martha and her mother were busy blaming themselves and I also got the news that Ulbretch was back in town and for the last two months that he was gone I missed him so much.

When the darkness surfaced I stood my lazy self up as I helped myself get down the stairs.

The buzzer went off signaling that one of the authorized person was entering.

Only two were allowed and if any break through happened the busser would ring signaling me that there was an intruder and I would decide whether I keep the lasers or not.

If anything that this house didn't lack was the amount of security that was programmed here.

It was so secured that I even got tired of it.

"Samah!" Arham called from down the stairs scaring me a little.

"Good damn it boy.

Can you be any louder!" I hissed as I continued my journey off to the kitchen.

"Denise told me the same thing" he said as he followed me.

"Aren't you suppose to be with her?" I asked raising my eyebrows at him.

It was already almost eight.

"She will pass" he said waving a hand as if it didn't mean anything to him walking up to an angry woman late at night.

I chuckled.

I was hungry.

"Why don't you do me some groceries tomorrow?

I need a lot of snacks really" I said opening the empty cupboards.

"I'll just make dinner today and if you don't bring shit tomorrow then you are dead.

Boy get me right." I said looking at him.

I was dead serious.

How could someone even live without a snack.

Who the fuck used to occupy this house before.

"Okay girl.

Eish it looks creepy in here" he said shuddering as he walked up to the light switches.

Flipping it on the whole room became brighter.

"So anything new?" I asked as I went on with cutting the vegetables.

"Nope.

The usual panic" he said walking to the sitting room and plopped his legs up to the clean wiped glass table.

"If you dont remove those legs I will throw this knife and they will get stuck together forever" I said peeping at him looking if he removed them.

"You are mean" he said removing them.

Laughing a little at him I went back to cutting the veggies as I stirred the rice.

Noises were coming out of the sitting room signaling me that he had switched it to his usual sports channels making me gag.

I was so ready to sit alone and start mourning on a sad or extra dramatic movie.

Handing him a plate I went to sit next to him as Arabi emerged in.

"No food for me?" She asked looking at the two of us who were holding plates full of food.

"There is left overs in the pot.

Still warm" I said and then shoved a spoon inside my mouth.

Waking up to the chirping birds I looked at time and saw that it was already eight.

I needed to do my daily yoga but before I did that I needed a shower and a cup of tea or just warm water with ginger and honey.

I entered in the bathroom to do my daily routine.

Slipping on the nearest maxi dress that I saw I looked in the mirror rubbing my belly that was becoming bigger and bigger.

Today I was officially four months pregnant.

Slipping on some slippers I walked to the kitchen with a smile on my face.

I was definitely going to drink hot water with ginger and honey.

A hand came flying on my mouth when I saw who was sitting there a blank look on his face holding a mug of coffee.

I gasped.

"You didn't miss me?" He asked standing up.

No

No

I took steps backwards.

Tears were streaming down my face.

He couldn't be here.

Not now.

Not at this moment.

"How did you find me?" I managed to speak in my shock filled face.

He shrugged his shoulders.

"I have my ways" he said a smirk appearing from his face while he looked at me up and down.

"Samuel Abelardo Mendoza tell me what the fuck you are doing here!" I said through gritted teeth.

It wasnt that I didn't want him to be with me

Heck I would do anything just to waltz around freely with him but this wasnt the place or time to do it.

His answer was a kiss.

A kiss that poured all his emotions in my way.

It made me heart ache but I couldn't do anything to make it better.

"Why!

Just why did you leave!!!!!" He asked looking at me.

He was on the verge of crying.
