Thankfully I was alone as I checked my down tamed hair that was down cascading to my high part of my back as it was not yet in the middle of my back.
When it opened I walked to the reception checking out and handing back the card for the door.
Without forgetting to say a thank you I walked out of the hotel I was staying and headed to the waiting taxi out side.
As I directed the driver where to go I looked as we passed the houses.
Farms that were attached to beautiful gardens.
Yellowing maize plants with goldening farms that were dry.
An hour later were standing at the entrance of the airport as the security guards checked the car for any harmull things that might be in the car.
When they found none they let us pass.
As he stopped at the entrance I tipped him when he finished pulling my suitcase out.
Saying a quick thank you he speed off leaving me standing there.
I was actually Hungry.
As I fished out my ticket I walked to where I would be showing.
When they finished everything I walked to the transit looking for any restaurant nearby as I found one next to dutyfree.
Sitting there I ordered some tea with pancakes.
As they brought it all kinds of syrup came with them making my mouth waterly.
Pouring the chocolate syrup on them I ate unhuman like finishing them in less than ten minutes.
I was hungry that I didn't notice that I didn't touch my tea at all.
When I finished eating them the tea was cold when I tasted it making me gag I placed it back down.
Putting the money inside the menu I stood up and walked back to take a sit before they start the check in.
Not long ago we checked in and sitting in the plane waiting for it to take off I looked out from the window seeing the city pass by as we took.
"Bye bye Jamaica" I whispered looking at the window.
I slipped on my sunglasses as I adjusted the sleeping bag on my neck as I comfortably fell into my slumber.
I woke up when the pilot announced that we were there and that we had to exit the aircraft.
Walking out I kept on my jacked as the cold wind blew my hair backwards some sticking in my face as I walked.
Some looked at me with eyebrows scrunched other with realisation in their eyes but I could care less they would soon be hearing that I burnt his body alive as I felt livid knowing that his hands touched that bitch.
My heels made tapping noise as I walked
After two hours I was seated inside another plane waiting for it to land so that I could go home and rest my aching body.
After filling in the papers I walked to take my suitcase.
As I trailed outside I hailed a cab giving it directions to where I was going after he got all the informations I slid in finally relaxing in the sweet smelling cab.
As I got closer in the familiar neighborhood my heart started to be furiously and when the cab made a stop at the iron gate my shaking hands made their moves.
I tipped the driver removing the suitcase inside the booth I punched in the code as the gate automatically opened.
The guard next to the gate made a wide smile as he saw me enter with my suitcase.
He made a move to help me but I refused telling him to relax.
I could feel my heart racing as I approached the door.
Opening it silently and slowly it made a little noise but not loud enough for someone to heard.
The familiar white sitting room made me remember so many memories but the place looked trashy.
Just as I stepped in completely something came flying from upstairs to crashing just next to my feet.
Before I knew it a scream erupted from me as the glasses shattered some landing next to me.
Not even a minute after my scream loud footsteps were running my way and when he saw me there he froze.
Samah~~~
He stood there on the stairs fazed.
His face had changed in the time I was gone.
Silently cursing my mom for sending me here I looked at him.
Letting my eyes trail on him.
All of him.
His face grew more handsome because of the beard that was forming on his jawline under his mouth and nose.
His body looked larger than how I left him before.
He still didn't talk just gawking at me.
His mouth opening and closing.
Finally remembering that there was something that almost killed me I looked down at my feet.
It was a picture.
A picture of him the one I saw in his office once.
The picture I loved well I loved almost all of his pictures.
Squatting down I picket up the glass messed picture as now the glass that was shielding it from dirt was broken in pieces.
Shaking it a little so that all the glasses come out I raised my eyebrows at him.
"What happened here?" I asked him looking at him as I looked at the place.
It looked messy changed.
It needed a cleaning and a sweet smell in it.
"What happened" I asked again firmly.
"I... I... I dont know" he said stuttering.
As he was talking I heard a door open as Martha's angry face came to view I stood straighter but when she saw me a huge grin came across her face as he descended faster.
Crashing into me she hugged me tightly causing me to cough up a little for the lack of air in my lungs.
"Oh my god samah you are here
I hope you ain't leaving again because I can't take his idiotic ass behaviours anymore.
