1172words
It had been two weeks since Hunter's threat to abort her pregnancy. Ramona is still working at Hunter's mansion, although it gets harder every day. Over the past week, he had gone to the doctor for a check, but the results were not yet clear. Hunter kept telling her to go to the hospital to check her pregnancy, even buying lots of pregnancy tests (test packs) and asking her to always check whether the results were positive or not.
Every day, Ramona felt more tired and depressed. The mental stress he was under was far greater than the physical exhaustion. She felt burdened by the prospect of having to abort an innocent fetus, a decision that was very painful for her. Every night, his mind was filled with doubt and anxiety, thinking about what he should do and what decisions he should make.
Doctors say that accurate results about pregnancy can be known within two weeks. Today, exactly two weeks, Ramona feels prolonged nervousness and anxiety, thinking about the test results and what will happen afterward. He felt as if time passed so slowly, every second filled with tension.
After completing her duties at the mansion and making sure everything was clean and tidy, Ramona rushed to the hospital before Hunter came home from work. With fast steps and a trembling heart, he tried to remain calm, hoping that the results of today's examination would provide a clear answer and allow him to make the right decision.

Ramona arrived at the hospital where she usually checked her pregnancy, feeling a mixture of nervousness and anxiety. Every step felt heavy, and his heartbeat seemed to speed up. When he arrived at the examination room, the young female doctor immediately greeted him and began the examination process.
During the examination, Ramona found it difficult to calm down or relax. Nervousness and fear overwhelmed him. He sat on the gurney, clasped his hands tightly, and couldn't wait for the results. "How about it, Doc, am I positively pregnant?" Ramona asked in a tone full of hope and anxiety.
The doctor, with a meaningful smile, looked at Ramona and answered, "Where is your husband? He must know this happy news. You are positively pregnant."
Hearing the news, Ramona's heart seemed to stop beating. When the doctor's words penetrated her consciousness, she immediately remembered Hunter's threat and the danger that might threaten the fetus. Panic swept through him, and his mind raced, imagining what would happen if Hunter found out about this pregnancy. "No, Hunter must not know. If he finds out, he will kill this fetus," he thought with deep fear.
Without saying anything else, Ramona got up from the gurney in a hurry, got off it quickly, and said hurriedly, "Thank you, Doctor," before rushing out of the room. She had to immediately find a way to protect herself and the fetus in her stomach, and there was no time to waste here.

Ramona arrives at the mansion feeling very scared and anxious. Every step felt heavy, and his mind was filled with various bad scenarios. He knew that Hunter would be home soon, and he had to decide what to say to him. Revealing the truth about her pregnancy was simply not an option—she was absolutely certain that Hunter would kill the fetus if he found out. However, Ramona also wants to be free from Hunter's clutches and doesn't know how.
While he was still in his room, Hunter's scream could be heard clearly from outside, "Ramona!" His voice was firm and commanding, making Ramona jump in surprise. When he heard his name called in a commanding tone, he immediately jumped and felt panic rising.
In a hurry, Ramona left her maid's room and ran outside to meet Hunter. His body trembled, and he tried hard to control the nervousness that washed over him. When he arrived in front of Hunter, he stood with trembling hands and eyes that didn't dare look straight into Hunter's eyes.
"Yes, sir," said Ramona in a nervous tone, "How can I help you?" His voice was a little shaky, and he tried to keep his tone polite even though his heart was beating very fast.
Hunter stared at Ramona sharply, and Ramona felt a deep uncertainty haunting her every second. She knew that whatever she said now would affect her fate and that of the fetus inside her. Ramona must find a way to navigate this situation without revealing the harmful truth.
Hunter immediately grabbed Ramona's cheek with a gaze that was so heart-rending, cold and very scary.
'Have you done what I asked? Isn't now the right time to find out what you're pregnant with? Have you gone to the doctor?" Hunter asked in a voice full of emphasis and intimidation.
Ramona nodded fearfully and nervously. Hunter released his grip, his gaze fixed on Ramona's eyes, "What did the doctor say? How is the result?" Hunter asked excitedly as he was very curious about the results.
'What made you so evil and cruel that you wanted to kill this fetus? If you don't want to take care of it or be responsible. I can raise him myself without your help. Or maybe you're embarrassed after sleeping with a maid? Whatever your reason, I will never tell you the truth, I will raise and live it myself,' Ramona thought to herself with a fixed gaze at Hunter.
'Quickly tell me what the results are," Hunter snapped irritably.
"I was diagnosed as infertile," Ramona answered spontaneously, making Hunter open his mouth slightly. It was heard that Hunter let out a long sigh of pleasure.
Ramona clenched her fists tightly, looked down to avoid Hunter's gaze, thinking and praying silently that after this she would never see Hunter again.
"Can I go?" asked Ramona nervously.
Hunter threw himself on the sofa, 'Pack and clean your things. Then get as far away from here as possible."
Ramona, who heard this, quickly went to her room to pack, when else would she be able to escape from Hunter's grasp if not now.
Ramona was grateful when Hunter believed her words without asking for any proof. Ramona quickly packed all her clothes occasionally stroking her flat stomach with a wistful smile.
'Be patient, son, mother will raise you well even without father's role in it. The most important thing is that you live well now. Dad's problem, then mom can do something. You just need to live and accompany mother. Be born well later.' Ramona thought to herself as she pulled her suitcase out of the room and rushed to leave Hunter's mansion which was like hell for her.
"Thank you, sir. I'll take my leave for now," said Ramona, holding her suitcase tightly.
"Yes, please go, but after doing this gynecological examination," Ramona raised her head to look at Hunter in surprise.
There was a handsome young doctor standing next to Hunter, ready to examine Ramona at this time.
"Come on, I'll check for a moment," said the young doctor.
