"Yea and from my perspective it's called freedom of space. I don't want them near me."

"So you're basically saying you don't like having a male close to you."

"Yes."

"You're gay?"

"No! I'm not. I like guys."

Seth shakes his head and lift his hands to signal a waitress. "You just said you don't like guys."

I sigh in frustration. "I didn't say that, I said I don't like them getting close to me."

A waitress with her hair dyed in blue came to us. "Two Martini and a Negroni please." Taking Seth's, she then walked away.

"First thing first. In order for you to get a man, you have to interact with a man. He doesn't just appear. Second, we're man. If we see something we like we go after it."

"I'm not looking for a man." I said shake my head.

"That's just what you're saying, you know that's not true." I turn my head to look as I see one of the stripper men going up on the stand.

I turn and look in Seth's greenish, brownish eyes. "I don't need a man to be happy." And I don't.

"I agree with you. You don't need a man to be happy, but you do need a man to help you with the desires that you have."

"Actually, I don't need a man for that. Have you ever heard of sex toys?" I didn't actually use sex toys, I was just trying to get a reaction out of him.

Looking shocked he whispered. "Wow." He paused, he was thinking. "Do you really use those?"

Laughing I shake my head, "No, I don't."

He laughs, "For a minute there I was imagining you doing something like that." Was he now? "But I didn't like the image I was getting. A girl like you need a real man, not a toy."

"Well what if I can't get a real man, I'll have to use the toy."

"No, you won't because you have my number and honey trust me. I'll be more than willing, and you'd prefer me so much much more than the toy." His words both shivers through me. I can honestly say that his words were the hottest words a man has ever said to me. His words had me feeling things.

While I thought about what to say to him the waiter returned with the drinks, she places them on the table and left.

Seth pushed over one of the Martini's to me. He lifts up the Negroni then ask, "Have you ever had one of this?"

"No, I haven't but it's something I notice Brandon always drinks. What's it like?"

Smiling he tilt his head, "Well, you'll just have the find out yourself," pushing it close to me.

"Two drinks for me? No fair! You want to get me drunk?"

He shakes his head in denial, "No, I don't. I just wanted you to taste the Negroni nothing else."

Believing him I took up the glass and brought it to my head to take a sip. I place he glass back on the table while I swallowed. It was a very strong drink.

"Do you like it?"

I shake my head. "No, It's too strong. I can taste the Campari and the Gin."

"That's the whole point."

"No, I don't like it." To get the taste of the strong liquor out of my mouth I lift my Martini to my lips and drank. Martini is so less harsh than the Negroni.

He shrugs. "Any ways, I brought you here to teach you the ways of a man not to discuss liquor."

"Teach me about men?" I laugh. Why the hell would he want to tech me the ways of men?

"Yea, you need a little help in the department." I took up the Negroni and brought it to his head.

I shake my head, "I don't."

"You do, when I saw what you did the first night I felt sorry for you and the poor guy."

"Why would you feel sorry for me?"

"You're beautiful and I think you know but trying to turn-off a guy is just not the way to do it. You make up lies and all other foolish things and it just doesn't work out."

"It does work out, they leave me alone." I said in a-matter-of-fact tone.

"It does ward them off, but you created a big lie for no reason."

"I have a reason."

"Yeah, yeah, yeah. You don't want a man." He places the glass of Negroni but on the table after a sip. "You don't want a man, I get that but that's not the way to do it."

"What do you suggest I do next time?"

"Just ignore them," his words made me burst out laughing.

Shaking my head, I said, "This is the most irrelevant conversation ever, I actually thought you were going to say something sensible."

He smiles, "That was sensible."

"Really? Was it?"

He laughs, "I'm sorry but you can't really take this kind of advice from a guy whose never been rejected before."

"What? You've never been reject before." I shake my head, unbelievingly. "Nah, you're just been cocky."

"No, I'm serious. Every girl I've ever flirt with I've gotten them where I want them."

"You mean in bed."

"If you put it that way, yes."

"So, you're a player?" that was exactly what he looked like.

"No, just a guy with sexual and emotional needs."

"Emotional needs?" Seth didn't seem like the emotional type at all. "Are you saying you have girlfriends then?"

"I don't have any now, if that's what you mean but yes I prefer to have girlfriends."

"Me too."

"So you are gay?"

"No, I'm not. What I meant was I prefer to have a boyfriend rather than a one-night stand."

"Ah, I see. So why don't you have one now?"

"I don't need a boyfriend."

He reminds silent. I guess he knew that we'd go back to right where we started. I was happy without having a man in my life.
