“I found you,” Yuan whispered. He was holding a water gun. He stood up from the grass.
“I'm hiding and waiting for you to come here because my instinct said that you will come here,” Yuan stated while smiling.
My eyes widened. I'm too stunned to speak. I couldn't believe my eyes! I saw some fur like a wolf earlier.
I walked from the spot where he left. There's nothing in here. His eyebrow asked and his forehead wrinkled.
“What are you looking for? Let's go, we should move and I need to take you to the point of ending,” he continues.
I nodded without saying a word. Whoever found me, I need to follow them and let them take me to the campsite.
He holds my hand while his other hand was holding the water gun. He is walking without creating any noises.
Gentle and slowly moving.
“Be aware, there should be another player from another team that's willing to take you from me, I don't want it to happen,” he whispered.
I looked around. There are tall trees and grass. There's nothing stranger in the area. There's a big trunk again.
“Do you see that tree? You can hide, and please stay with me,” he pleased. He pointed to the tree and courted me until I reached the tree.
He gives me a jacket. “Use it to cover, or you can sit down on my jacket to protect your skin from the sharp or itchy grass,” he stated.
My heart skipped a beat when he smiled at me.
All of a sudden, I saw someone crawling on the tall grass. Our eyes met, and he told me not to make any noise.
I noticed that Yuan stop and he already pulled the trigger. The water burst out from the water gun.
“Come out! Your clothes were already soaked in water!” Yuan shouted. We heard a ring from a whistle.
“One player down, four players left,” the speaker announced. My eyes widen and my jaw dropped a bit.
I'm going to stand up when Yuan was in front of me and he holds my hand. He dragged his jacket and we run away together.
He turned his head in my direction. When he saw my face, a smile was plastered on his face.
I feel that my cheeks are starting to blush. It seems like the happening turned into a slow motion.
My heart is racing. I don't know if this is from the result of running or something. My eyes widen.
While I keep staring at his eyes, it feels like I'm slowly melting with something crawling inside of my stomach.
I gulped when he looked away but still held my hand. After a few moments, we stopped at the huge tent.
“Do you see that water jug?” He pointed using his index finger. I trace it using my eyesight. It landed on the big water jug with half of the water inside.
“We are going to refill my gun, it's already out of stock because before I went to your area, I encountered a lot of enemies, but sad to say, only one player that they already recognized it,” he explained.
We run immediately and we took the hose and refill the water gun. He was scanning the whole place and kept checking if someone is going to shoot him.
It depends on the rule, when someone shoots the target, they can steal the gem or the person which is me.
However, if they accidentally shoot me, then the game is over. The other team is going to win.
“Are you done?” I asked. He shook his head while looking at the water hose.
“It's still not full, maybe I pulled the trigger so much because the water gun was already empty,” he stated.
I am looking at his hand. It's shaking, but he keeps on refilling his gun.
“Are you okay? Are you feeling cold?” I questioned while looking at him with a soft voice.
“Yes, but it's okay, we need to win this game, and if ever we lose, it is still fine because they challenge us,” he said with assurance.
“Shall we?” I gave him a handkerchief to wipe his hands. It's hard to hold the gun if his hands were soaking wet.
“Thank you! We should move!” He smiled at me and he holds my hand. I looked around because the tall grasses are scattered.
“Run!” He shouted. For an instance, my legs automatically move like I was running from a fiery pathway.
I keep running, so the fire wouldn't reach me. Therefore, I need to keep safe.
“I can feel them! They are hiding behind those trees, they will shoot me if we didn't run,” he explained when we reached the ruined walls.
He sits while still holding my hand tightly, it's like he's holding a little girl that will be gone from his sight.
He was gasping and his breathe is shortening. My heart begin to race and started to worry.
I'm looking at his face because it's all red. It's seem like he was struggling in breathing.
“Are you okay? Your face is red, do you need anything? Do you want water? Does your breathing is okay? Tell me if you are not feeling well, then I will report it to the council,” I suggested.
He remained silent for a while, his eyes were closed and his mouth was forming a thin line.
His chest was pumping or moving. He gently squeezes my hand.
I'm worried about him! He's starting to look pale. I'm about to stand up when he pulled me all of a sudden.
My eyes widen when I landed. My heart started to race and beat like a drum. I left dumbfounded.
His warm breath is touching my skin. He snuggled to my neck and he caged his arm on my waist and pulled me into his body.
His body is warm. I can feel his air.
My jaw drop a bit while processing the situation. It's not sinking in my mind.
I was sitting on his lap while he was leaning on the ruined wall, and his eyes are shut.
“What the hell!” I exclaimed. After a few blink of an eye. I moved immediately to push him away and stand up.
I glared at him, while he was grinning at me.
“How dare you? Who are you to do it to me?” I yelled. He was about to speak when I turned my back at him.
I don't care if he was struggling or what. It feels like my blood was crawling up onto my head.
The cold breeze blows and it's touching my nape. The chills are crawling to my skin! His scent was still on my nostrils!
I shook my head and run away without looking at my back.
Running is the best way to escape. All of a sudden, a tear dripped down my cheeks.
I harshly wipe it down and let my feet bring me to somewhere, where I can shout, cry, and unwind.
The grasses are moving because of my movements together with the wind.
In a blink of an eye, there's a cut on my legs. The blood is flowing down and it seems a cut from a really sharp object that can make a wound on the skin.
I saw a pillar. My eyes followed the blocks. The ground has a block that forms into a pathway.
There's a hollow on the wall of dirt. I step forward. My veins feel like cut in half because the my wound is aching.
My heart is racing and I'm gasping for air. While gently pulling my leg, and walking slowly, I reached the hollow on the wall of dirt.
My forehead wrinkled. I peek at the hollow. My eyes widen.
It's a pathway into a ruined building. It looks like something terrible happened because there were a lot of cracked windows and dead plants.
An explosion happened before. I have a feeling that someone is living here. My head looked on the ground.
The blood is still dripping. I ripped my jacket and decided to tie it and cover my wound to prevent it from bleeding.
I have no choice if I keep this jacket clean, I have already given my handkerchief. There are still some bushes around the area.
I walked in the pathway that looks like a hollow when you are looking from the other side.
From my perspective, it's uncommon to find a ruined building in the middle of the forest. I looked around and search if someone is there.
When everything is clear, I started to walk slowly while observing the bushes and grasses.
Who knows if someone was hiding and that person is going to pull me or the person will point a sharp object at me.
All of a sudden, I noticed that something is moving.
I can see it. Something is moving inside the building.
